My name is Brittany and my love for wine started when I turned 21 and I couldn't stand the taste of beer. I’m officially WSET Level 1 certified and soon to be WSET Level 2 to enhance my knowledge of wine (because I love it that much).
My current career is the most stressful job I have ever had. Learning about wine is something I can do that not only helps relieve my stress at work, but preps me for owning my own wine bar. I'm very "grape"full to have found my new interest and hope that you will enjoy learning as much as I do.
Owning a wine bar obviously is my dream goal. In order to get there, I have to take baby steps. I want to start doing my own wine tastings, possibly make my own wine, and help all “Cork Dorks” learn about wine. It will be informative and hopefully expand to something bigger and BETTER, in the future. I will post everything and anything wine. We can taste the world together, shop wine thangs together, and learn together.
I hope this site will be the place for all “Cork Dorks” to gravitate towards in order to get all information about wine accessories, wine tastings, what to buy and where to buy it and so much more. As well as, a positive and safe community for all wine lovers to gather. So, pour a glass!
